Is it possible to change my date?

Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 45 days’ notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.

How does the billing process work?

To secure your order, we require a 50% down payment upon order confirmation. The remaining 50% balance is due two weeks before shipment. This ensures we can proceed with production and arrange timely delivery. We’ll provide pro forma invoices and keep you updated throughout the process.

Tell me more about your cancellation or rescheduling policy.

IOnce an order is confirmed and the 50% deposit is received, we begin production immediately. Because raw materials and packaging are often prepared or purchased in advance, cancellations are generally not accepted after this stage.

If adjustments or rescheduling are requested within 45 days of the confirmed delivery date, full payment may be required — especially if perishable or customized items are already in production. However, we always strive to work closely with our clients to find flexible and fair solutions whenever possible.
